(GSM) - Sevilla stalwart Didier Zokora feels that his soon to be former team-mate Sebastien Squillaci will fit very easily into the Arsenal set-up.
The French defender, who is in London for a medical, made the move after the Spanish outfit accepted an offer from the Gunners for the 30-year-old.
Zokora, who had earlier played for Arsenal's rivals Tottenham Hostpur for three years, knows all about the Premier League before moving onto Sevilla, and he believes Squillaci will adapt easily into Arsenal's style of play.
The Sevilla midfielder said the former Olympique Lyon centre-half is technically gifted but also has the steel demanded from the English top-flight.
He told Sky Sports News: "He is a very strong defender, he wins every duel. He is a very good defender because he plays for the French national side.
"I think if he plays for Arsenal he will play easy because Arsenal play very easy football.
"For him, I think it is a very good option."
He added: "He plays very simple but he wins every duel, he is a very strong defender
