Referee Jeff Selogilwe deplore the attitude of striker Wayne Rooney is still temperamental. Who led the match referee during England's trial by claiming that Platinum Stars get taunts from Rooney's rant.
"Rooney insult me, he said 'F ***," Selogilwe said as quoted from Tribal Football, Wednesday, June 9, 2010.
"He must learn to control his emotions," he said.
Selogilwe added that if Rooney dare speak rude and insulting him, the incident might happen again and overwrite the other referee when Manchester United striker was competing in South Africa.
"He can also use vulgar language to another referee,"
"Maybe the England players think that this is only a friendly match. We really can do whatever we like, but not to referee a professional," he added.
Selogilwe rate, many people know that Rooney is a good player when viewed from the TV. However, he argues, when viewed from the field, he likes to insult the referee.
"So I am very disappointed at Rooney when he was my favorite player," he asserted.
